Exciting hen do alternative

Exciting hen do alternative: Image 1 House of Voga (HOV) is a fusion of yoga, dancing, fitness and fashion, set to an '80s house beat, designed to empower people of all ages.

It was created to fill a niche of a more expressive, energetic style of yoga, helping others really connect to the physicality of the body through breath, movement, and music, to make for a fit night out and a memorable experience.

This fitness class has proven to build endurance and muscle as well as increase flexibility and circulation and is fast becoming a new craze/community. It's a super fun, niche concept that people are taking a liking to!

The moves are inspired by '80s vogue, as well as the outfits they wear! Their aim is provide their attendees with an outlet of self-expression.

HOV is based in London, but they have expanded and host classes all over the UK and Europe as well. The two lovely ladies who founded it are best friends and met partying in Ibiza (really neat)!

If you think this sounds like your dream hen do check out www.houseofvoga.com
