Exhibiting at our Signature Wedding Show at Ascot Raceourse, Oxford's Dolce Lusso Cakes is hosting its next tasting consultation on 29th March.
Artisan cake designer Kate Roche says, "I recommend couples start thinking about their wedding cake at least a year before their big day. My personalised tasting appointments are a great place to do just that. Dolce Lusso Cakes' next tasting consultation is on 29th March 2020. Appointments will take place at a venue in Henley-on-Thames and last 45 minutes. For just £30, couples will get to sample up to six different flavours of cake from our menu."
Kate is always looking to refine her craft and routinely enrols on courses to perfect skills and build the business, she says, "I have a range of various certificates to endorse this commitment. I have completed a 'Level 2 food hygiene' certificate, and have been awarded a '5-star hygiene rating' from South Oxfordshire District Council. I'm also constantly working hard to find ways to make the business more environmentally-friendly – specifically looking at packaging, storage options, cleaning products and an electric van."
Dolce Lusso Cakes was awarded 'Regional Finalist for London and the South East' in The Wedding Industry Awards, in 2016, and won 'Best Wedding Cake Artisan, Oxfordshire' in the Lux Life Magazine 'Global Wedding Awards 2019'. Most recently, was awarded 'Wedding Cake Artisan of the Year' by Corporate LiveWire in its 'Innovation & Excellence Awards 2020' and has just been short-listed for the Guides for Brides '2020 Customer Services Awards'.
