"This isn't simply a revamp," Mark Spivey, director of international sales at Maritim Hotels tells us. "This is a completely new product. Our well-loved five-star resort is having a complete face lift along with new rooms and facilities to ensure we continue to offer a premium experience for our guests."
One of the hotel's new restaurants has already opened. Anno 1743 is a brasserie-style restaurant tucked inside a national monument, the Ruins of Balaclava. Inside, couples will find the Distillery Bar, which has the largest collection of rum on the island – the perfect place to ease yourselves into married life!
