Co-hosted by Dan Roznov, aka The Champagne Spy, and the restaurant's prospective Master of Wine Amanda Wassmer-Bulgin, diners will be led through a Champagne tasting experience, with a series of unique and rare Champagnes served alongside a seven-course menu. Each dish will be crafted by Swiss star Chef Sven Wassmer, who invites diners to enjoy contemporary Alpine cuisine inspired by the forests, mountains and fields of the Alps.

The award-winning Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels is currently holding a two-month foodie extravaganza with Michelin-Star Chefs from across the globe. Seven world-class chefs have headed to the Indian Ocean for a series of gastronomic dinners at five-star hotels Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa and neighbouring Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa.
Following a successful January, February will see 2 Michelin-Star French Chef Philippe Mille host two dinners at Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa, whilst Italian Chefs Antonella Ricci and Nino di Costanzo – who hold 1 and 2 Michelin-Stars respectively – will be hosting dinners throughout February at Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa. Finishing off the show on 29th February and 2nd March is 1 Michelin-Star Italian Chef Luca Marchini at Dinarobin.
