Marketing Manager, Michael Richards, reviews the Ted Baker, Tommy & Turkish Travel Kit, worth £29.00...

“I'm a big fan of the moisturiser. Not only is the scent well-balanced but the way in which it absorbed into my skin left it feeling hydrated all day long. The Sour Cherry fruit oil and Moringa extract has a very pleasant smell and the cream spreads quickly and easily. It feels clean and soothing, doesn't leave the skin greasy when applied, and has a nice slightly musky scent that isn't overly strong.

This is a good face wash. It is relatively subtle in terms of scent, described as coffee and amber, but not smelling much like coffee. At certain times the scent did appear much stronger though. Microbeads are included, though biodegradable ones this time which is a nice touch. I have short stubble most of the time so I do require exfoliation at times and this face wash provides exactly what I'm looking for keep my skin feeling fresh. You don't need to squeeze loads out when washing, a little does go a long way.

The product looks really good, the smell of it is very nice and the results were superb. I normally have a closely trimmed beard but can't recall having such a smooth and consistent shave before. There is a fair amount of shaving gel to last, despite the size of the can. Forms a slight foam and helps with razor glide and leaves the skin feeling smooth and not dried out.

All three items come in a really stylish travel bag - I took this to Edinburgh for a recent city break and it was perfect for a long weekend away. Storing these items plus room for a small aftershave too.”

Web Development Manager, Stuart Weatherley, reviews the Ted Baker, The Full Ted Regime Set, worth £49.00...

“I'm not usually a regular user of grooming products, but have to say that the Turkish Barber collection from Ted Baker may be changing my mind on the whole genre.

The very smart black wash bag is now a firm staple of my travel kit, not looking out of place in the swankiest of hotels and durable enough not to have to worry about after the longest, hottest of showers. The barber stripe-style packaging on the individual products hark back to the "good old days" of being on first name terms with the barber.

The face wash both cleaned and revitalised my skin with a silky lather and mild scent of Coffee and Amber. It wasn't overpowering and left me with skin that was smooth, rather than slightly dry.

Frequently, other moisturisers have left my face feeling greasy, but I didn't find that Ted's product did the same. It absorbed quickly, again with a mild, subtle, but classy scent of Sour Cherry and Moringa.
