Jo Malone London collaborates with Martyn Thompson on Home Collection

Posted by Kelly Andrews on 6 July 2020

Following the success of the initial launch earlier this Spring, Jo Malone introduces the second phase of its collabroation with interiors artist Martyn Thompson. Very excitingly, the design-led capsule collection will now include ceramic diffusers in two iconic scents.

Jo Malone London collaborates with Martyn Thompson on Home Collection: Image 1 The Design Editions collection features the British brand’s signature Home scents, dressed in decorative ceramic designs by Martyn Thompson. Each has been carefully crafted by renowned British ceramic producers 1882 Ltd. in Stoke-on-Trent, UK, the world capital of ceramics.

The collection now includes decorated Scent Surround Diffusers in tantalising Lime Basil & Mandarin and elegant English Pear & Freesia. Each beautiful heritage ceramic piece will live on as a home accessory long after its fragrance has gone.

Martyn Thompson says, “When I was thinking about the scents, I mainly came to think about the colours that they suggested to me. I spent a lot of time working on my photographs to make them look like paintings and I brought that very painterly sense to this collection.”
