Elycia Oak, 26, married Andrew French, 27, at Tewin Bury Farm on 16th June, 2017.
My dress was exactly what I'd dreamed of – demure and classic with a touch of Elven Princess. It was so floaty and beautiful, I fell in love instantly.
I wanted our bouquets to look beautifully simple as though they'd been picked from a garden. It was in keeping with the flowers featured in the Lord of the Rings films.
I always loved the look of classic wedding cars and wanted something special. On the way to the ceremony I said how much I love Radio 4 The Archers so the chauffeur played it and Dad and I just joked the whole way.
I loved our Hobbit ring box, it was a little taster of what was to come.
There was a talking Gollum/Smeagol character sitting in one of the holes in the wall.
We had tonnes of fab décor! We created a signpost using a huge tree branch an old barrel and Lord of the Rings wooden signs.
We had a wonderful terracotta Hobbit-themed plant art piece that stood proudly on the top table.
We had cardboard cut-outs of Gandalf and Bilbo that stood either side of the alter and then moved into the reception venue.
For our centrepieces we had jam jars brimming with flowers stood on tree log slices and we designed table names around different places in Middle Earth.
There were three Lord of the Rings films and subsequently the book then split into three so we took inspiration from that for our cake design. It tasted and looked incredible!
