The theme of the showcase is something blue, and we'll be celebrating all things in bloom this summer by making the most of the incredible outdoor setting. You'll receive the full wedding guest experience as you're welcomed into The Lounge and Bar with a delicious summer-themed drink prepared by Brookfield's bar manager. Their chefs will be cooking live, offering you the chance to sample exquisite dishes straight from the kitchen while listening to incredible live music. To cool off, take advantage of their ice cream bike and limoncello slush machine, offering up a delicious taste of summer.
