You do everything you can to look your best but are you creating the conditions to feel your best? Individual wedding related therapy is about exercising your mind before your big day not just your body.

At Wedding Therapies, we offer a six week individual therapy model to help you identify your worries and put in place the boundaries that you need to ensure that you and your partner are the centre of your day. We also offer pre-wedding couples counselling.
