Hi, my name is Alex and I love making bespoke cakes and bakes for your special occasions.
I am confident working both with buttercream and fondant and love creating new designs.
All my bakes are made from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
I have a 5star food hygiene rating and hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate, an allergy awareness certificate and am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
