The miaList is a celebration of the individuals who contribute to the UK’s meeting and events industry, going above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service and experience. Philip has worked at the luxury East Sussex hotel Ashdown Park, an Elite Hotel, for three years, offering a warm welcome to every guest who walks through the doors and going out of his way to help both his colleagues and customers whenever he can. Receiving more positive feedback from guests than any other member of staff, Philip is dedicated to ensuring every single guest he looks after is cared for to the very best of his, and his team’s abilities.
Managing director of the Elite Hotel Group, Graeme Bateman, said: “Philip is one of the hardest working, most dependable and dedicated members of the team at Ashdown Park, and highly deserving of his shortlisting in the miaList awards. He is a fantastic leader, loved by his colleagues and guests alike, and never hesitates to go well beyond the scope of his job role to put a smile on everyone’s faces. On behalf of all the team at Elite, I wish him the best of luck at the finals.”
The winners of the miaList will be revealed at a celebratory lunch at Park Plaza London Riverbank on 28 November.
