This magnificent late Victorian building, lovingly restored to its original glory, provides a memorable and photogenic backdrop bringing heritage and style to weddings and civil partnerships. Its central location at the heart of the exclusive Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, offers couples a well-placed and endlessly adaptable event space which is accessible, affordable and elegant. One of London’s most prized possessions, Chelsea Old Town Hall has seen many famous faces take their wedding vows. Step through the granite columned entrance to the marble-floored corridors and ornately coved ceilings, and you are immediately somewhere special.
The Small Hall is a stunning choice for ceremonies and civil partnerships with up to 140 guests. This charming hall can be hired alone for a ceremony only or with the Main Hall and Cadogan Suite for a ceremony and reception.
The Main Hall is ideal for a wedding breakfast with up to 180 guests. Select one of Chelsea Old Town Hall’s preferred caterers and enjoy the luxury of choosing every detail from your table linen to cutlery, glassware and food. A sprung wooden floor provides the perfect setting for dancing, complemented by the polished mahogany stage, ideal for live bands, DJ’s and performers. The Main Hall is hired alongside the Cadogan Suite for wedding receptions.
