Aviation Gin Negroni

45 ml Aviation American Gin | 25 ml Campari | 25 ml Sweet Vermouth

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

Aviation Gin Aviation

45 ml Aviation American Gin | 15 ml Maraschino Liqueur | 15 ml Lemon Juice | 10 ml Sugar Syrup | 1 tsp Crème De Violette

Shake all ingredients over ice and fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

Aviation Gin Bramble

50 ml Aviation American Gin | 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup | 15 ml Crème de Mûre

Shake all ingredients, except the Crème de Mûre, over ice. Strain into a rocks glass, add crushed ice and top with Crème de Mûre. Garnish with a slice of lemon, a blackberry and a spring of mint.

Aviation Aromatic G & T

45 ml Aviation American Gin | Tonic Water

Pour Aviation American Gin into a glass filled with ice and top with Tonic Water. Gently stir and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a mint sprig.
