Exclusively yours for the day, Houchins is set in beautiful, landscaped grounds just outside Coggeshall, yet easily accessible to Essex, Suffolk and London.

Houchins has been designed to offer stylish entertaining for up to 180 guests in a beautifully landscaped wedding garden. We have created a truly unique venue that sympathetically marries concrete, wood and steel in a glorious setting.

Houchins Farmhouse

The Grade 2* listed farmhouse can sleep up to 14 people in style and comfort with a separate Honeymoon Lodge for the married couple for the night of the wedding. Just a few metres from the venue the house is perfect for family members and close friends of the couple.
