Sarah Heulwen Lewis is an award-winning jewellery designer with twelve years of experience within the fine jewellery industry. She's worked with some of the most prestigious jewellery companies and workshops, picking up an extensive knowledge of gemstones, diamonds and bench work, alongside computer-aided design technologies.

Driven by craftsmanship, Sarah uses the oldest bench skills and the newest technology to create fine bespoke jewellery. Sarah guides clients through a visual journey from the initial sketch to the final product, and each piece is lovingly designed with the individual client in mind.

One of Sarah's areas of expertise is transforming pre-loved pieces into newly-loved treasures. She loves taking old jewellery, loose diamonds, gemstones and pearls and redesigning them into new accessories - preserving their sentimental value and infusing them with new life for years to come.

Sarah's belief is that nothing is impossible. With innovative thinking, her magic touch and determination, she'll help you create the jewellery piece you've always dreamed of.

The bespoke process begins with an initial consultation with Sarah. This can be face-to-face or over skype or email. At this stage, the conversation will focus on concepts, diamonds, gemstones, and what makes your design unique to you.

2. GEMSTONES/ DIAMONDS AND HAND SKETCHES ...read more

Once the design sketches have been finalised and gemstones/diamonds sourced (if required), Sarah will invite you for another consultation to view and discuss the options and designs available. This helps ensure she's interpreting and optimising your vision.

3. CAD IMAGES AND RESIN SAMPLE ...read more

Once you've picked your stone and chosen your design, Sarah will begin the design process via CAD. You can look forward to seeing realistic images of your bespoke piece. Sarah will also create a resin model to ensure you can visualise the final scale and look of your piece. Once you're completely satisfied, you'll sign off the design.

4. CRAFTING YOUR MASTERPIECE ...read more

This is the exciting part: when expert craftsmen and craftswomen begin the process of bringing your unique design to life. Using the latest technology and the oldest bench skills, Sarah and her team devote their talents, skills and attention to crafting your bespoke item. The process takes around 3-4 weeks to be completed.

The big moment! At your earliest convenience, Sarah either delivers your masterpiece - or you may choose to collect it. Your bespoke jewellery will be boxed and presented alongside its initial CAD drawings - ready to be worn and cherished.

6. AFTERCARE ...read more

We're sure you'll treasure your jewellery and will want to look after it. We highly recommend you return for a yearly stone-check and polish - free of charge - to ensure your jewellery remains perfect for years to come!
