Pekes is a lovely old East Sussex Tudor Manor house with 5 other houses surrounded by gardens, park and beautiful countryside all within a private estate. Pekes is approached by a long private drive across the park, and there is ample parking. The Manor house has a huge easy-access lawn with large duck topiaries that holds marques for up to 180 people, and there is a close-by even larger Space for Guests to do what they like on.
Pekes is an approved and Licensed marriage premises, and ceremonies take place in our atmospheric beamed Dining Room. It’s intended in 2020 to extend the License to our newly build Wedding Gazebo in our romantic open-air Column Garden.
Pekes is a large Marry, Stay & Celebrate venue. You can sleep up to 63 family & friends for 3 nights, having the whole estate entirely to yourselves in complete privacy to do as you wish. We impose nothing on you, and you create your own vision as you want to - Romantically. Pekes also has many facilities for you & your guests to enjoy – the heated indoor Swimming Pool, Hot Tubs, saunas, tennis court, children’s play area and you can try your hand at lawn badminton and croquet. All our houses have fire bowls or Chimineas.
