Oatlands Park Hotel is a luxurious 4-star hotel in Weybridge and a very popular wedding venue throughout the year. Overlooking the Broadwater lake and with far reaching views over the Surrey countryside, Oatlands Park Hotel stands within 10 acres of parkland and is the perfect setting to hold your wedding celebration.

We have a range of impressive event spaces available to host your special day, from catering for the small and intimate, to the larger festive weddings.

The hotel has 5 rooms that are licensed for civil ceremonies and 6 spaces to host reception drinks, dinners, parties and more. The stunning views present plenty of photo opportunities and our gardens allow more space to entertain guests too.

We pride ourselves on our personal service from the initial enquiry through to the deliverance on the day, and have a lot to offer you to ensure the day is perfectly bespoke to your requirements.

Our largest function space is the York Suite, offering exclusivity for your event, with it’s own separate entrance and foyer area as well as boasting a private bar, kitchen and washroom facilities for only you and your wedding guests. With white walls and cream curtains, the room lends itself to any colour schemes and decorations you choose for the day.

The York Suite is licensed for civil ceremonies & partnerships for a maximum of 350 guests which must include everyone in the room.

We also offer exclusive dry hire of the suite, with a list of approved caterers specialising in a number of cuisines.

With spectacular views overlooking the lake and landscaped gardens, the Mulberry offers a beautiful setting. It’s situated on the ground floor with high ceilings, neutral decoration and natural daylight.

The space also incorporates a private bar, giving you and your guests exclusive use of the whole suite.

The room is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 150 guests and can seat 160 people for dining and cater for 200 people for a standing reception.

For smaller, intimate events, our Garden Room is a room that is traditional and elegant, styled with neutral colours.

The Garden room has subtle historical characteristics such as a feature fireplace and backlit bookshelves that makes the space truly unique. Both rooms conjoined, licensed for civil ceremonies, and also open out onto La Terrazza.

The Cromwell suite is another space perfect for smaller, intimate parties and is licensed for civil ceremonies. The neutral colours, high ceiling and natural daylight offer a great canvas for your wedding. It has a separate private foyer leading into the room for reception drinks or extra space.

This room can hold 60 guests for a civil ceremony and 50 guests for dinner.

La Terrazza ...read more

This space offers natural daylight and perfect for bringing the outside in, all year round. As well as floor to ceiling windows to frame the picturesque lawn outside, there is a retractable ceiling to take cover from the British weather when necessary.

An inbuilt BBQ also awaits, ready to fuel your guests with delicious treats. You’ll have direct access to our gardens too for extra space.

La Terrazza can seat up to 108 guests and also hold 200 guests for a standing reception.
