About the illustrator

Becca Hall is a full-time freelance illustrator who grew up in the beautiful Lake District. After 28 years among the lakes and hills, she followed her dream of living by the sea. These days, she lives on the Cornish coast with her husband and their two cheeky Border Terriers, Pippa and Evie. Alongside illustrating numerous children's books, Becca illustrates maps and giftware, including designing a commemorative Harrods bag for the King's coronation, and shares monthly illustration tutorials on her Patreon, inspiring people of all ages to enjoy drawing and helping aspiring illustrators grow their skills.
