Pinkster is locally grown and distilled in Cambridgeshire, Mermaid is crafted in the sea air of the Isle of Wight, Aviation American Gin is produced under Ryan Reynolds' watchful eye in Portland, Oregon and Jaisalmer Gin, inspired by the imperial age of Maharajas and Maharanis has flown all the way from Jaisalmer, India!
Pinkster Gin & Tonic
50ml Pinkster Gin | Premium Tonic
Method: Pour Pinkster Gin into a highball glass over ice. Top with premium tonic.Garnish with a slice of orange studded with cloves.

Mermaid French
7550ml Mermaid Gin | 10ml Lemon Juice | 5ml Sugar Syrup or Agave | Champagne
Method: Shake over ice, strain and top with Champagne.Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Aviation Gin Cosmo
45ml Aviation American Gin | 20ml Sweet Vermouth | 10ml Maraschino Liqueur | Dashes of Bitters
Method: Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into chilled martini glass and top with dashes of bitters. Garnish with lemon peel and maraschino cherry.

The Jaisalmer Peppertini
50ml Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin | 20ml Pink Peppercorn Syrup | 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 40ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Method: Pour Jaisalmer Gin, peppercorn syrup, fresh lemon juice and pink grapefruit juice into a shaker. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. (To make peppercorn syrup: add crushed pink peppercorns to a simple Monin sugar syrup to infuse.) Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit wedged on the lip of the glass.
