Inspired by the unique soil of the Jurassic coast (dating back over 240 million years) the exquisite wine tells a tale of 2020's rare and fruitful harvest. Working with Lyme Bay Winery, Lympstone Manor possesses the only vineyard on the River Exe and denotes flavours of blackberries, cherries and smoky chocolate. Chef and MBE Michael Caine worked tirelessly to produce the Triassic Pinot Noir which will be exclusively available to purchase from the hotel. The perfect choice for a Father's Day lunch in the South West, after a Michelin starred lunch and swim in the new heated pool, Dad can leave with his own bottle in hand as a keep sake from the special day.
