Your East Midlands Wedding - June/July 2020 (Issue 38)

The groom wore a Paul Smith three-piece suit, which was slightly lighter than the groomsmens’ blue suits. I loved my dress called Roxanne from The French Collection by Wendy Makin. Our canapés were delicious and consisted of scallops, mini chicken tikka naans and roasted veg bites with salsa. We made sure we had photos of each set of grandparents on their wedding days in the ceremony room. Our cake was made by my brother; we chose flavour over decoration and kept it simple with a buttercream finish. My bridesmaids wore navy three-quarter-length dresses from Monsoon, the eyelash lace tops coordinated with my dress beautifully. REAL WEDDINGS 29 
