We visited five venues before we found Dodford Manor, it was perfect for our romantic, informal day and with no corkage fee, we knew it would be great fun! A string trio provided a twist on contemporary songs during the ceremony and drinks reception. My brother made a stunning welcome sign and a huge pallet to inform guests about the order of the day. Guests played giant games on the lawn, signed our rustic bench and applied our bespoke wedding tattoos. We had a magician to entertain everyone of all ages while they ate delicious canapès. The decoration was simple but effective with a sage green, grey and copper colour pallette and hundreds of fairylights strung up. There was a variety of glass jars dotted around the barns. 46
