Kate says, “At the time, I thought Dave was cool to reserve a table for dinner at 9.30 pm. Turns out he’s just a bit unorganised and that was the only available time slot!” After getting to know each other more, the couple bonded and only realised it was time to leave when the restaurant staff started clearing up! One their third anniversary Dave wanted to take their relationship to the next level and plucked up the courage to propose, so he bought a ring and planned a surprise weekend. Kate says, “On the day he picked the ring up from the jewellers, he was so excited and was desperate to ask me and ended up proposing on a snowy Wednesday night in our living room instead! ” The pair still went away to the stunning The Gainsbourgh Bath Spa Hotel in Bath.
