Your Devon and Cornwall Wedding - November/December 2022 (Issue 40)

The theme for the wedding styling was plenty of foliage and white flowers so we carried this through with our table plan and welcome sign. Our table names were after places in Cornwall. We seated our guests on hay bales which looked great and suited our outdoor theme. Having our four-year-old son as the ring bearer was so cute and he’s still very proud of himself now! We displayed milk churns of flowers to decorate the arbour and the courtyard after the ceremony. My dad seeing me in my dress for the first time was a wonderful moment I won’t forget. I loved getting ready with my bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding wearing our personalised robes. I felt lucky to have my best friend and ‘bride’s man’ as my make-up artist making the morning feel much more chilled. We wanted a relaxed wedding with nothing too formal and Knightor Winery offered that. We loved the fact that we were able to hold the entire day outside if we wanted to. 34
