Rebecca and Kieran had a lovely celebration at The Villa, Wrea Green Images courtesy of The Soulcase Wedding Photographer R ebecca and Kieran met each other at school and have been madly in love ever since. “Kieran popped the question while we were on holiday in Turkey,” says Rebecca. “We were on a boat trip and had decided to have our picture taken at the front of the ship as the sun was setting. I got into position and when I turned around Kieran was down on one knee with a gorgeous ring. Once we landed back in the UK, we got the devastating news that my mum only had a matter of weeks left to live after a battle with cancer. The hospital had advised that Bonfire Night would be a good date to book our wedding in order to have her there with us. However, just two weeks later, my mum passed away exactly a month before our wedding day. We still knew the wedding was what we wanted to do, so shortly after the funeral, with only three weeks to plan, we started to get everything together.
