We got engaged in July 2017 and by December 2017 we’d booked all of the suppliers we wanted. Oh, and if you smile as you walk down the aisle, you won’t cry as much! We had an amazing magician, Matty Evans. Our guests all commented on how fantastic he was. Our photographer, Rebecca, suggested we take some golden hour sunset shots. We had to travel to the other side of the village, but I’m so glad she did as we got some stunning photographs. Our photographer and videographer both stayed later than they were meant to as everyone was having such a fantastic time, and they didn’t want to miss the shots of the fireworks. Our DJ, Tim Cullen, known for having a regular set at Ministry of Sound and for performing at Prince Harry’s birthday party, played a laid back daytime set, before picking up the pace in the evening with a personalised playlist of 90s, RnB, garage, and UK grime. We wanted a club DJ rather than a wedding disco, which paid off as the dancefloor was never empty. 58
