WONDERFUL WATERCOLOURS Leicestershire suppliers collaborated on succulent-inspired pieces for a recent wedding showcase at Twycross Zoo. It’s great when suppliers work together keeping a consistent theme throughout a wedding, especially when it includes a nod to Pantone’s Colour of the Year – Living Coral and some on-trend succulents. For this collaboration, Lorna Boyer Design created menus, place settings, table numbers and a seating plan, all hand-painted with watercolour and then printed on to recycled paper. This tied in perfectly with the watercolour buttercream cake created by Helen Alborn Cakes – a tasty three-tiered treat. Vicki Clayson Photography captured it all together amazingly. Having a personalised napkin is a great way to add a special touch; they can feature any colour, logo or monogram to fit in with any theme and can even include individual guest names so they can be used as place names. Heidi says, “We’ve been lucky enough to make beautiful napkins for weddings all over the world since the launch.” Products are produced from a Nottingham Studio at Ransom Hall near Mansfield.
