I’ve never seen a man look so proud. My grandma did a reading for us, which filled my heart with pride and joy, and my dad’s speech was incredible. From start to finish, there were laughs, tears and sincerity. The music went wrong at the church, so I was waiting with my bridesmaids and dad in the entrance to the church. Some brides may have felt stressed, but we just sang Baby Shark together and had such a giggle. The guests could hear us and it made everyone smile. From the second we met, our photographer Hayley made me feel at ease – I felt like we had been friends for years. I was able to be completely myself around her, which is why she managed to get such amazing shots because everyone felt relaxed. All of the staff at Prestwold were incredible. From our first viewing to going to bed on the night, nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran like a dream and the standard was impeccable. Aidan bought me a Stephen Gately doll as a joke present for my birthday in February. Little did he know that this would be my best friend Jessica’s date. We bought him a suit to match the groom’s and he was with us all day. 42
