Your Devon and Cornwall Wedding - March/April 2021 (Issue 30)

40 LOOKING THE PART Nicole wore an elegant crepe and lace dress featuring an illusion neckline and delicate embroidery on the back. “It was stunning, especially the intricate detail on the sleeves,” Nicole tells us. “I chose this style because the material fitted my hourglass figure in all the right places. It was the first dress that I tried on and I loved it from that moment.” Kyle wore a blue three-piece suit with a white shirt, pale pink floral tie and pocket square and a pair of tan brogues and novelty socks. “Our male bridal party wore the same as Kyle and our two flowergirls looked adorable in their tulle dresses with a statement bow at the back,” Nicole says. TIME TO CELEBRATE The couple entertained their guests with the solo violinist, Sue Aston, who played a selection of their favourite songs and a few wedding classics. “The sound was incredible as it carried across the garden,” Nicole describes. Because Nicole and Kyle had such great weather on their wedding day, they ended up paddling in the sea with their loved ones at the private beach located at the bottom of the garden. “We went to cool off which was wonderful,” Nicole tells us. “It became my favourite part of the day, especially when we were greeted with visitors on the beach applauding and cheering us on!” “My favourite memory of the day was seeing Nicole as she walked down the aisle.” — Kyle
