Your Devon and Cornwall Wedding - November/December 2020 (Issue 28)

We ended the evening having some fun with sparklers which our guests loved! Mo wore a pair of navy chinos teamed with a white Oxford shirt and a tweed waistcoat. He chose a different coloured tie to his groomsmen who all wore the same as him but finished their look with burgundy ties. The band that we had performing during our evening reception, Mammoth, was so good that we had guests keep talking about them months after our wedding. We were able to request some of our favourite songs and they also played a few medleys which got everyone up and dancing! They even performed cover songs that they hadn’t done before which was very personal to us. Another big hit with our guests was the magician Dan Brazier who was very entertaining! It took centre stage in the venue placed on a large log slice. Our bridesmaids looked incredible in their burgundy pleated maxi dresses. We decorated a wooden ladder with foliage and LOVE letters. We chose the Devon-based music duo Lenny & Lime to sing and play the acoustic guitar during our ceremony and drinks reception. They were brilliant and thoroughly entertained our guests. 36
