Your Bristol & Somerset Wedding - August/September 2020 (Issue 78)

On the day the nerves kicked in, but we were mainly excited and relieved the planning was over. We felt so loved and grateful, and we couldn’t quite believe everyone was there for us. We had a traditional Scottish ceilidh; everyone had fun dancing and introducing the English guests to a little bit of Scotland! The bridesmaids’ beautiful maxi dresses coordinated wonderfully, with pretty bows around their waists and flowing skirts. Emily’s top tip: Be yourselves! On the day you can’t do anymore planning, so just enjoy it and remember what it’s all about. 36
