FLORAL FANCY Lauren and Laurie’s super-chic day at That Amazing Place was brimming with swoon-worthy touches Images courtesy of Victoria Cadisch Photography A s with a lot of successful relationships, Lauren and Laurie were friends before getting together. “There was always the risk that becoming a couple would ruin our friendship,” Lauren says. “But it certainly worked out well!” It was clearly a brilliant basis for their relationship, as Laurie was soon preparing to ask that all-important question. “He proposed on a spontaneous trip to Budapest,” Lauren remembers. “We only booked it two weeks in advance, so the proposal was a complete surprise!” Little did she know, Laurie had already been to Hatton Garden with her dad to design her ring. The loved-up couple started looking at where to tie the knot, and That Amazing Place ticked all their boxes, so they set the date here for 3 rd August, 2018.
