An Essex Wedding - Jan/Feb 2018 (Issue 84)

We were both nervous, but excited, saying our vows was a real high point. It was our dream to marry in such a stunning venue and we were extremely lucky with the weather. My bouquet consisted of ivory roses, with scattered diamantés and a matching ribbon to cover the stems. Our tables were decorated with candles in glass holders and tall glass vases with pastel-pink roses. We had a head table during the wedding breakfast, with Andy’s side of the family to our right, mine to the left and our friends were seated in front of us. We gifted our guests with gold, heart-shaped keyrings which doubled as a bottle opener. We attached the message, ‘The key to happiness is love, time to open a bottle’. Having my dad walk me down the grand staircase and aisle was so special for me especially as he’d been ill. REAL WEDDINGS 59 
