Zain proposed at sunset on a beach in Gili Meno, Indonesia. Louise remembers, “He’d been shopping the day before we flew for a ring and chose it by himself. I had no idea and we’d never really spoke about getting married. He had already asked my dad for permission, who responded with ‘Are you sure?!’” The wedding plans commenced and even though neither wanted a big wedding they had large families so needed a venue that would tick all the boxes.
