I chose a gown called Susanna designed by Ellis Bridals from Victoria Elaine Bridal. It was so classic and elegant, and I fell in love with it right away. I accessorised with a real flower crown from Melissa McDonald Flowers, a pearl necklace from my great-grandmother and pearl drop earrings from my nan. My bridesmaid opted for a pink floor-length dress from Ted Baker. We weren’t able to have entertainment due to COVID-19, so instead, we created a personal Spotify playlist and had sparklers in the evening. Next year we plan to have a big party with a DJ and photo booth and all our friends and family. . I felt sick with nerves all morning, and when my dad saw me for the first time, he burst into tears. After the vows, I relaxed and enjoyed the rest of the day. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much! Jez chose a three-piece tails suit from Slater Menswear accompanied with an olive cravat and pearl green waistcoat. Having so many people watch the ceremony over Zoom made us feel so supported. We realised how lovely it was to be with family again after months of lockdown, and it made us appreciate having our closest loved ones with us. REAL WEDDINGS 41 
