Your South Wales Wedding - July/August 2022 (Issue 86)

To keep our guests entertained, we had Bagpiper South Wales – John Campbell perform as the guests arrived. Ffion Wyn Sax then played some of our favourite songs on the saxophone during the drinks reception and singing waiters, Sing & Spin, pretended to fall over during the meal before singing five songs which got everyone dancing. Finally, we had a live band called The Styles in the evening with a DJ afterward. Our friends and family said all of the entertainers was amazing and we would recommend them all. The bridesmaids chose gold maxi dresses with a lace halterneck from Coast. Marc wore a black tuxedo from Dyfed Menswear. He stood out by having black buttons down his shirt while the groomsmen had white versions. My dress was a Dando London design called Desire from ONE1 Bridal. I accessorised with silver pearl drop earrings, Jimmy Choo shoes and a veil. We decorated the space with flowers along the stai rcase, a blossom tree arch outside the doors, candles, photos and dancefloor signs. Our catering was done by Hensol Castle. They provided warm Welshcakes, drinks on arrival and a three-course meal followed by a hog roast in the evening. 42
