Located in the picturesque town of Ewen, Southern Cotswolds, the 16th-century coaching inn will be a sanctuary encapsulating the pair’s mission to breathe new life into once-loved buildings. Originally the gardener’s cottage to the nearby Ewen Manor, the Grade II listed coaching inn is steeped in history and has been a favourite for locals and visitors for many a year. While maintaining the pub’s original charm, the duo will introduce 19 new bedrooms. Meanwhile, the food at the 110-seat restaurant will be led by group executive chef James Adams who has curated a menu designed to spotlight the abundant bounties of produce in and around the Cotwolds.
