With a content creator on hand, there’s no need for bridesmaids and groomsmen to spend the day trapped behind their smartphones. They get to be the subjects rather than the photographers. Content creators were never intended to replace the need for a professional wedding photographer though. While professional photographers remain responsible for creating timeless images to treasure for decades to come, content creators offer something different: instant access to the atmosphere, excitement and behind-the-scenes moments of the day. Perhaps the greatest sign of changing priorities is that couples no longer want wedding photographs that simply show how the day looked. They want images that remind them how it felt.
