they really got the evening reception started. Joe was very helpful and moved our booking due to delays caused by Covid-19.” Between sets, the couple had a DJ perform to keep the party going. MEMORABLE MOMENTS Meg’s brother gave a surprise speech, which was a lovely moment that meant a lot to the couple. All the speeches were great and full of love. Many suppliers worked hard to ensure the couple had the best possible day. The bride says, “Our photographer Ellie went above and beyond throughout the whole experience. She always kept the communication open throughout the lockdowns, which automatically made us feel at ease – nothing was too much trouble for her. The photos we got were beyond perfect, and we could not ask for anything better. We’ve since organised a family shoot with Ellie later in the year with some new additions to the family.” She continues, “The staff at Crockwell Farm were also amazing, and I can’t thank them enough! The whole day ran perfectly thanks to the owner, the wedding planner and the bar staff who were so friendly and kind.” Throughout the planning experience, the bride’s mum, auntie and cousin really helped the pair. The bride says, “They helped me with a lot of the finer details and without them, many things wouldn’t have been the same.” HONEYMOON After the perfect day, the couple travelled to Lanzarote for a week with their three-year-old daughter and had a fantastic time. Meg says, “It was a wedding gift from Tom’s auntie, and we couldn’t have felt more grateful after a very stressful run-up to the wedding. We enjoyed the all-inclusive food, pools and mini discos!” 26
