Although fashions may change and hairstyles come and go, the memories are timeless and will be captured forever if you find the right photographer to suit you as a couple and the style of your wedding. It’s one of the most important bookings you’ll make, so it‘s well worth investing the time to get it right. Research online and scour our pages to get a flavour of what local photographers have to offer – there’s a wealth of talent in the region, so there’s plenty to choose from. Start early though as creative, reliable photographers are in big demand and get booked up well in advance. Draw up a shortlist and try to have a face-to-face or online meeting with your favourites to see how you gel. Better still, book an engagement shoot to get a real feel for their work and personality. This is a great way to get to know your photographer in advance so you can relax and feel confident, secure in the knowledge that your big day is in safe hands.
