Frank and his son Brett, who was best man, are both in the fire service so they wore traditional fire service ‘undress’ uniform loaned from the Norfolk Fire Service Museum. The ceremony moon gate included an assortment o f beautiful blooms, foliage and grasses in colours to contrast with receding shades of the sea. I chose my ’50s-style T-length wedding gown because we both love to dance to modern jive music. “Frank and family friend Brian spent hours before my arrival raking the sand flat, putting up the wedding moon gate, chairs and scattering rose petals.” We got married on the beach due to Covid restrictions and it turned out to be the best decision ever.
