We had lemon and ricotta ravioli in a sage butter sauce (our request as we love ravioli), pork tenderloin wrapped in parma ham with cider jus and dauphinoise potatoes, and chocolate fondant (which was cooked to perfection!). We had a harpist for the ceremony. She played the instrumental version of My Heart Will Go On when I walked down the aisle. Ed’s speech was very special. There were no dry eyes in the house as he mentioned how important his parents and grandparents were to him. Also, the way he spoke about me was so beautiful. During the reception, we had mini golf for our guests. Everyone got involved and loved it. What really sealed the deal was the huge checkerboard dancefloor! Our friends and family love to party so we knew that would be perfect. 46
