Mission impossible

A special guest dropped in on Kirsten and Nick's nuptials.

Kirsten Hulatt, 31, married Nicholas Reader, 44, at St Paul's Cathedral, followed by a reception at Fanhams Hall on 10th February, 2018.

I wore Irregular Choice shoes, which is my favourite brand. They were a blue Cinderella light up design!

Mission impossible: Image 2aI wore a dress called Tulip by Wed2b. The mermaid fishtail was just the style I was hoping for and I accessorised with a silver side hair clip and statement earrings.

Mission impossible: Image 2 Our bridesmaids wore floor-length sequin dresses in grey and silver. They looked gorgeous.

Nick and his groomsmen wore traditional morning suits and the best men accessorised with engraved pocket watches that Nick gave them on the day.

Mission impossible: Image 4aOur bouquets were made using roses and gypsum. We also included pussy willow to remember Nick's mum as this was her favourite flower.

Mission impossible: Image 4 Our bridesmaids travelled to the ceremony in a black London taxi and I followed in a white bridal version. Nick and I then hired a Morgan three-wheeler for our arrival at Fanhams Hall.

Fanhams Hall was the first venue we visited. We fell in love with it immediately and didn't view anywhere else.

Mission impossible: Image 6aWe opted for a white and silver cake with cupcake tiers and for the topper we had Lego figures – Wonder Woman and Boba Fett from Star Wars, which are our alter egos!

Mission impossible: Image 6 The reception room looked so atmospheric with the fairylights and decorative wall lighting.

Mission impossible: Image 7
We placed candles around the venue to add an extra touch of romance.

Mission impossible: Image 8aOur centrepieces were silver candelabra draped with cream rose garlands with two white doves attached.

Mission impossible: Image 8 Our rustic table plan was made using a wooden frame and garlands that matched the centrepieces.

Mission impossible: Image 9
We created table names using vintage photo frames that contained silver hearts and hand-written guest names.

Mission impossible: Image 10aWe served a delicious afternoon tea. Later guests enjoyed a barbecue and tucked into the sweet cart.

Mission impossible: Image 10 Mission Impossible was being filmed during our rehearsal and ceremony so we met Tom Cruise and watched some scenes being filmed. He agreed to be in our photos, which made our day!

Mission impossible: Image 11
Nick's old school friends presented us with a print that's symbolic of the two of us – Nick loves Boba Fett from Star Wars and I love unicorns! It was such a thoughtful gift.

Mission impossible: Image 12aThe band, MK and the Misters, and DJ played the perfect mix of our favourite music.

Mission impossible: Image 12 Our photographers Ian and Emma were so supportive and helpful throughout and we couldn't be happier with how they captured our day.
