Crafter's Companion introduces new brand ambassador: Image 1 World-renowned quilter Jennie Rayment is joining Crafter's Companion as a brand ambassador. Affectionately known as the Calico Queen, Jennie has more than 30 years' experience in the needlecraft industry. She will be a guest host for Crafter's Companion on the Create and Craft channel, with a special focus on quilting.

“I am absolutely delighted to be appointed a brand ambassador for Crafter's Companion,” says Jennie. “It's another adventure with lots of new and exciting challenges, opportunities and products to play with. I am looking forward to a lot of fun-filled fabric fiddling with a wealth of creative conundrums and can't wait to start this new journey with such a great company.”

Jennie is known for her expert patchwork, appliqué and quilting skills, with nipping and tucking fabric effects. She has been involved in a number of successful workshops and classes at Crafter's Companion's stores in Newton Aycliffe, Chesterfield and Evesham, in addition to a busy schedule of shows, exhibitions and festivals across the UK.

“Jennie is a powerhouse in the world of quilting and rightly so,” says Sara Davies, founder of Crafter's Companion. “She has an infectious personality, a wealth of experience and a range of unique abilities, so it's fantastic to have her on board as a brand ambassador.” Jennie will make her debut on 21st April 2019.
