I’ve worked on some impressive and interesting floral design projects that I was lucky enough to be involved in.” Vicky says, “Florals are leaning toward structured wildness: oversized, cloud-like blooms such as white hydrangeas and ruffled orchids provide sculptural drama, while finer sprigs add movement and lightness. The use of satin drapery and velvet backdrops, paired with elegant ribbons in muted pastels or faded blues, offers a subtle nod to old-world romance with a modern sensibility.” MOCHA MOUSSE PALETTE “Mocha Mousse is a bit like Marmite when it comes to weddings,” Lindsey says. “Personally, I’m on the love side of this floral trend, especially when it’s teamed with a softer colour such as blush pink. I think we’ll be seeing a lot of this in 2025.” That’s certainly true in Jo’s experience! “I have three bookings with a Mocha Mousse theme already this year, so this palette is definitely taking off as a trend!” she shares.
