SUMMER OF LOVE What’s your favourite summery beauty look? This always depends on the client and the style of wedding they’re having, but my choice would have to be a stunning eye with luscious lashes and a nude lip. How can you keep skin looking its best during the warmer months? Always wear plenty of SPF. However, not on the wedding day as it can cause flash-back in your photographs. Hydration is key to flawless skin, as well as a consistent skincare routine in the build up to your day. What’s your favourite beauty product for summer weddings? I think I’d have to say highlighter. I love how it gives a beautiful summery glow. Try applying it to your collar bones too, if the dress allows. Fresh, glowing skin is always my go-to style for a summer wedding. It looks gorgeous paired with a peachy-coloured blush to give that sun-kissed look. How can you keep skin looking its best during the warmer months? SPF! I can’t shout about this enough. While many foundations and moisturisers have SPF in them, it’s usually a lot lower than what we need to keep our skin healthy and safe from the sun. Always layer up with a good face suncream before applying your day-to-day products. What’s your favourite beauty product for summer weddings? Besides a good setting spray to lock your make-up in place from dawn to dusk, it has to be the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter. Not only does it create a perfect base, but it also gives you a glow from within that looks beautiful in all types of lighting.
