Your West Midlands Wedding - February/March 2024 (Issue 90)

During the wedding breakfeast, we had the fantastic William Poliet Magic perform for our guests. William is entertaining without being intrusive and it really broke the ice. Later in the evening, BT Promotions UK provided a DJ for us who kept the dancefloor full all night long. Alex Norman organised our ceremony music and performed while everyone enjoyed canapés and drinks. He has such a soulful voice and it made the ceremony so special for us. My maid-of-honour wore a halter-neck navy long dress and my junior bridesmaid chose a satin A-line dress with a little bit of sparkle. I wore a heavily beaded fishtail dress from Bridal Reloved Coventry. I accessorised with small opal studs, a tanzanite necklace, a double-layer ruffle veil and satin sandals with tulle bows. Robbie chose a light blue jacket and waistcoat paired with navy chinos and a paisley bow tie. We handmade a neon sign that said ‘The Owens’ that we placed in front of the top table and we also had a crisp wall in the evening, along with sausage and bacon butties. Our welcome sign featured blooms from Palm & Peony Flowers and was in Welsh, as Robbie is from Swansea. 31 REAL WEDDINGS
