Curl your hair using tongs/ straighteners/curling irons, (always remember to use heat protector products prior to using any heated equipment). Step 2. Backcomb the roots slightly to give height, leaving out a one centimetre section round the hairline. Step 3. Using your fingers, pull all your hair back into a low ponytail and fasten with a hairband. Step 4. Tie the ponytail into a knot, a simple loop and pull through the knot, and use hair grips to secure it in place, leaving the ends loose. Step 5. Once the knot is fixed, tuck the loose ends into the knot and grip into place. Step 6. Using your thumb and forefinger, gently pull loose a few strands throughout the hair, (making sure not to fully pull out of the style), to give texture. You may also want to pull a few strands totally out around the face, to give a softer look. Step 7. Spray with a strong hold hairspray.
