Entrants must be engaged and therefore seeking to book a wedding, they must also have attended a showround appointment with us and booked a no-obligation, provisional wedding date. Couples that have already booked a wedding with us are welcome to enter. Please note that all dates for this competition will be treated as provisional and an alternative date may be suggested. The prize caters for 50 daytime guests and 120 evening guests. Any guests in excess of these numbers can be accommodated, subject to availability, but will incur an additional cost. Entrants are required to have a legal marriage ceremony take place on the selected date and must arrange and cover any fees for this themselves. Photography and videography will be provided on the day for official photographs and video. While the couple will be supplied with copies, the hotel will maintain ownership of the final products to be used for future marketing purposes. The value of this prize has been estimated in excess of £6,000. By entering, participants also agree to be contacted with further offers and deals should they be unsuccessful.
