The hotel was originally a farm for Charlecote Park and consists of six buildings including the original farmhouse, stable block and barn. Dating back to the 16 th -century, the Hampton Suite is an impressive red brick building with slate roof and, included with the hire of it, has use of it own lawned garden and decking area, as well as a large courtyard. The décor is simply grey and beige suiting any wedding theme and creates a light-filled space. The suite is ideal for ceremonies of up to 180 guest, but does divide into two rooms for smaller celebrations. Post-vows, the suite can accommodate 122 guest for a sit-down meal and 190 for the evening party. The venue only operates to one wedding a day so couples can rest assured for exclusivity; and, when tying the knot here, the bride and groom will be invited to a menu tasting around four- months prior to the wedding which is complimentary for two. With certain packages, couples can also make use of the bridal suite on the night of the wedding. It’s attached to the Council House and is immediately recognisable due to its classical portico entrance and prominent clock tower. Ceremonies with up to 200 guests take place in the bright and airy The Waterhall, which boasts high ceilings, Victorian architecture and walls adorned with fine art – as does the Round Room and, it’s also possible to request a visit to the Pre-Raphaelite or Staffordshire Hoard gallery as part of your wedding reception. Receptions at the venue usually begin with drinks in the Round Room, which features an ornate glass-domed ceiling.
